Jonathon Porritt becomes Kilter patron

We're absolutely thrilled to announce that Sir Jonathon Porritt has agreed to become the first patron of Kilter.

Jonathon first made his name as a prominent member of the Green Party before founding the sustainable development charity Forum for the Future in 1996 with Sara Parkin and Paul Ekins. For the last 9 years he has been chair of the Sustainable Development Commission.

Jonathon believes strongly that the arts has a huge part to play in informing and inspiring people around environmental issues - so long as it's not preachy or apocoyptic.  Two words you'd never accociate with Kilter!
