Story Fridays happen every other month. We publish a theme & writers submit short stories to be read aloud. Along with A Word in Your Ear, Kilter curates a soiree with live music, drinks, snacks & candlelight.

The theme in September is THE SPEED OF LIGHT….

Fast, fast, faster, fastest! Those stars we see which died millions of years ago, the shutter speed on a camera that captures a car’s headlights as it travels through the darkness, the blink of an eye, the flash of a thought. Perhaps we will have a glimpse of infinity in this Story Friday!

If you’d like to write a story, the deadline for submissions is 11th September. For submission details click here.
